Making the First Move
It’s happening!
Rev. Rich Rudowske and family left Sugar Grove, Illinois, for their new home in Concordia last weekend, the first to relocate to LBT’s new site.
Some renovation needs to be completed on the building located on the campus of St. Paul Lutheran High School. Many thanks to the volunteers who helped empty rooms and move furniture.Â
Rich, director of international program ministries, has already started working from Concordia, keeping in touch with staff at the LBT Service Center in Aurora, Illinois, as well as mission staff around the world.
Meanwhile, decisions and plans are ongoing. Thirty years of occupancy in the same place means lots of sorting, cleaning and organizing. Target date for vacating the old Service Center is August 31.
Please continue to pray for LBT staff as they go through this transition.
