Rev. Dr. Peter Meier

Retired in 2025 from the Florida-Georgia District, LCMS, Peter served as Executive Director of Missions and Outreach since 2020. Prior to the FLGA District, Peter served as Executive Director of the Center for United States Missions, Concordia University Irvine from 2013 to 2019. He is a Senior Master Trainer for Dynamic Church Planting International, Oceanside, CA. Peter also serves as Chairman of the Board of Project Video, which proclaims the Gospel through locally produced media in Southeast Asia and the African Sahel region. Peter is an instructor for the Mission Training Center (Concordia, Irvine) and is a certified mission coach. He served the Minnesota South District, LCMS, as Executive Assistant to the President (2005-2006), and Assistant to the President for Missions (2005-2013). From 1982-2005, he served as Senior Pastor of Zion Lutheran Church and School in Mayer, MN.

Robin Domeier

Deaconess in the Lutheran Diaconal Conference and a ministry and outreach consultant with the Southeastern District of the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod. Longtime owner and operator of Nibbles Personal Chef and a former print and broadcast journalist.

Retired IT Executive. Currently an Executive Advisor/Life Coach and Owner of Fruitful Connections. Board Secretary at Christ Greenfield Church in Gilbert, AZ.

Rosa Gonzales Purihuaman

Serves the Pacific Southwest District as a community development specialist, passionate about people, culture, and building bridges between churches and their communities. Originally from Peru, she previously served in the mission field with La Misión Luterana del Perú (LCMS), where she deepened her heart for cross-cultural ministry and outreach. She values meaningful conversations, hospitality, and inclusion as key to community transformation. With a heart for equipping others, Rosa seeks to inspire and empower Christians to be bold, compassionate witnesses of Christ’s love in their everyday lives.

Quentin Anderson

Quentin spent nearly forty years in public accounting as a CPA and partner concentrating on audits of nonprofit organizations and local government compliance with laws and regulations, as well as internal controls. He is a Certified Internal Auditor and presently serves as Senior Director of Internal Audit for a non-profit defense contractor with offices in Bryan, Texas and Washington DC. Quentin is a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church in College Station, Texas. He serves on the Board of Directors of Texas District Lutheran Church Extension Fund and is a past board member of Concordia University Texas in Austin, Texas.

Luke Faulstick

Served in multiple capacities within various Missouri Synod Lutheran Churches over the past 35 years and currently serves as President of Faith Lutheran Church, Vista CA. He has held various positions within business, including Board Member, Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officers of public and private companies. Luke has owned and run three different private companies over the last 15 years. He is currently the co-owner and CEO of PPI located in Athens, Georgia and San Diego, California and has active consulting engagements focused on business turn-around and improvement. Luke holds a B.S. in Engineering from Michigan State University (MSU) and an M.S. in Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). Luke is married with three grown daughters and resides in San Diego, CA and Gary, South Dakota.

Rev. Dan Gilbert

Dan has been a big fan of LBT since he was in high school in the 1960s. Ask him to tell you the story if you want. A graduate of Concordia Teachers College (Concordia Nebraska) and Concordia Seminary St. Louis, Dan served as a pastor for five years in Iowa and for 23 years in northern Illinois. He then was Northern Illinois District president for twelve years. His past board experience includes being a member and chair of the Concordia University Chicago board of regents and member and chair of the Northern Illinois District board of directors as well as serving on several other boards, including currently. He and his wife Jan live in semi-retirement in St. Louis. Among their many blessings are two daughters and two sons and their spouses and 21 grandkids. That many grandkids was a surprise.

Jim Laesch

Now retired after 50 years of providing direction, support and encouragement to LBT missionaries, partners and language communities worldwide; this includes linguistic and missionary field work in Liberia 1973-1986.

Rev. Dr. Paul Mueller

Now retired, served as the Executive Director of the Center for Applied Lutheran Leadership and Director of the Mission Training Center, Concordia University, Portland; Regional Director – Africa and Evangelistic Missionary in Liberia for LCMS World Mission; and full professor teaching mission and outreach courses at Concordia in St. Paul, MN and Portland, OR. He is the secretary for the North American Mission Executives group.

Previously worked in Information Technology project management in the marketing and media arenas; retired and serving in numerous capacities at church and elsewhere.
