Tiffany Smith
Meet the Missionary
Tiffany was born and raised in central Iowa and has always had a heart for sharing Jesus with all people. After completing her bachelor’s degree in theology and a post-graduate certification in language, community, and development, she is now living and working as a Community Engagement Specialist in Shinyanga, Tanzania.
Tiffany has been working with Lutheran Bible Translators since February of 2021 and moved to Tanzania in January of 2023.
Together with the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Tanzania (and other partners), Tiffany is working to share God’s Word with the Datoga people in one of their local languages called Taturu. Please pray for Tiffany and the Church in Tanzania as they work together to bring God’s Word to the Datoga!

Tiffany Smith is doing vital work in Tanzania, teaching the Datoga community and translating the Gospel into their native Taturu. However, her ability to serve effectively hinges on something as simple as transportation.
