Assyrian Christians Seek Modern Translation
Assyrian Christians, shaped by centuries of persecution, have maintained their cultural identity through language and faith. In the Middle East, their Assyrian language represents resilience and spiritual heritage—a linguistic bridge transcending historical challenges.
The older Scripture versions have become difficult to comprehend. By translating the Bible into modern Assyrian, this project is more than a linguistic exercise—it’s a pathway to spiritual renewal.
The full Bible will:
- Reconnect Assyrian Christians with their scriptural heritage
- Strengthen community bonds in the Middle East and global diaspora
- Provide a foundation for cultural and spiritual revitalization
- Enable deeper scriptural understanding
