So All May Understand 

Josephine, a Bandi Old Testament translator, traveled over 200 miles to meet with a community review committee. While there, she visit a church her father helped start many years ago. During the worship service she felt her heart sink as the pastor preached in English, not Bandi. “My people kept saying, ‘We can’t understand it!’” Josephine realized God sent her to them. “Everyone here can speak Bandi. There are no strangers.”

She read aloud from the Bandi New Testament, and the people could not get enough. 

Josephine is a mom of two children and a literacy teacher in addition to her translation work on the Bandi Old Testament. Balancing these varied demands is challenging. Pray God strengthens her and all of the team members with power in their inner beings to complete the good work He has called them to do.
