Summary

The Field Programs Support Coordinator provides essential administrative and logistical support to the Field Programs department, facilitating effective communication and collaboration between missionaries and the Concordia office. By assisting field leadership and streamlining operational processes, this position enhances the overall effectiveness and outreach of the mission, ensuring that programs run smoothly and successfully.

Qualifications and Competencies

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s in a related field
  • One to three years’ experience in an administrative/clerical support position

Physical requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer or performing other tasks
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 15 pounds
  • Ability to occasionally travel domestically as required
  • Occasional emergency and hospitality needs may arise during evenings and weekends
